Our story

About Me

​With over 10 years of experience within a health & sports setting, I have a deep understanding of the human body and its physiology. I have gained a broad range of experience in the field of physiotherapy, including working in the NHS, Primary Care, The Prison Service, and Elite Sport. This diverse background can offer a unique perspective and skill set to my patients to help accomplish their goals.

My passion for anatomy and physiology began at a young age, and I pursued a career in physiotherapy with the aim of helping others achieve their goals. Following Sixth Form, I undertook an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham and a year of study abroad at the University of Kansas. I later obtained a level 3 diploma in Sports Massage and provided massage therapy to patients, including elite athletes.

Following completion of my undergraduate degree, I continued to work as a Sports Massage Therapist in addition to working as a Therapy Assistant within the NHS in Cheshire. I then completed an MSc Physiotherapy course at the University of East Anglia.

As a physiotherapist, I have a passion for helping people improve their physical health. However, outside of work, I also have a strong interest in sports and exercise. I have competed at a county level in rugby & national level bodybuilding physique competitions. I also enjoy scuba diving & traveling the world. These days, my three young children keep me busy, but I still find time pursue my hobbies and stay active.
